Voter Registration Deadline: Voter registration is closed during the 29 days prior to an election.
Qualifications: To register to vote in Florida, an individual must meet the following qualifications:
Be a U.S. citizen;
Be a Florida resident;
Be at least 18years old;
Have not been convicted of a felony (or have rights restored); and
Have not been legally declared mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in any state without having voting rights restored.
